If you come through the shuttle (Barcelona – Madrid):
Follow the signs indicating “Taxi”. Once outside, your taxifels will be waiting for you with all four indicators on.
For all other flights:
Enter the lobby after passing the baggage claim area. Follow the Taxi signs to go down to the ground floor. Go to the head of the taxi queue. Your taxifels will be waiting for you with all four indicators on.
Follow the signs for Airport Taxi. Your taxifels will be waiting for you at the head of the taxi queue with all four indicators on.
Find the Botero Horse statue and exit through the revolving door in front of the statue. Your taxifels will be waiting for you on your left, right next to the pedestrian crossing, with all four indicators on.
Go to the exit of the terminal and cross the pedestrian crossing. Your taxifels will be waiting for you in the designated area with all four indicators on.
Premium scheduled pickup service at Arrivals.
Provide us with your name and/or company logo and flight details when booking. Upon arrival, your driver will be waiting for you with a tablet or a sign with your name on it in the arrivals area. (Ask us about our rates. Available only via email or phone.)
Yes, all cards are accepted. To pay with an American Express card, you will need to notify us when booking.
The moment you get into the taxi. In no case is a round trip nor waiting time for the driver included on the meter; you will only pay for the journey you make.
Fixed-price bookings are only available through the taxifels app and are only possible for direct journeys without intermediate stops. These are routes with a single origin-destination.
If you book through the taxifels app, by accessing the journey history from your profile you can request the invoice for all routes. The
invoice will arrive by mail. If you request this by phone, the taxi driver will offer you a printed receipt.
